Pop-Ups Collab @ Merely

Hello friends!

Merely Ice Cream is a small F&B business that prides itself in serving handcrafted ice cream and has been running for the past 11 years. But unfortunately, due to rising operations costs over the years and a significant drop in footfall post-covid, Merely is closing and its last day of operations would be end Sept.

As such, before its final goodbye, we are putting out an open call to reach out to friends & other small businesses from the community to collaborate across various Sundays leading up to the end of Sept.

Open Call for Merely Ice Cream Pop-Up Collab in July to Sept 2023

At present, Merely does not operate on Sundays, but we wanted to carve out this time to also fill the space as much as we can while we still have it. Your precious support and involvement will give us a special opportunity to share our handcrafted ice cream beyond our usual crowd, as well as allow our regular customers to try offerings from your menu as well. We hope to be able to serve as many people as we can before our impending closure.

We are looking to run collaborative pop-ups at Merely (91 Bencoolen St, #01-13 Sunshine Plaza, Singapore 189652) called "Merely Pals" (working title). We have decided to open up slots so it's easy for everyone to indicate their availability.

To give you a better idea on what to expect at each pop-up event, we hope to have 1 bake goods partner, 1 coffee partner & 1 workshop partner at each pop-up event (subject to everyone's availability).

Important notes:
- All individual profit from sales goes back to their respective F&B and workshop vendors.
- We will not charge any venue / booth fee as this is meant to be a collaboration.
- We would like to use existing items on your menu to pair with merely ice cream flavours, there's no need to create new items specially for the pop-up to keep it fuss free (though we aren't closed off to ideas, if you would like to use this chance to try new things / introduce new items to customers).
