Ispahan derives from the gOrgeOus flower named Ispahan (lol). Ispahan is a combination of sweet lychee which complements the floral note of the rose water which is mixed into the cream base and topped off with house-made raspberry jam that is folded into the ice cream. 

To put it simply, it's like a combination of raspberry ripple + bandung + lychee! *Chef's kisses*
